Our handy meal planning dry erase board
Here is the handy cookbook. If you don't have it you should get it. I really like it!
I can't tell you the recipe, because you should buy the book, but here are the ingredients.
Here is the end result. It was pretty good. Not as salty as regular chinese food, but still good. Ron and I are rating each of the recipes and we both gave it a 3 out of 5. It may have more to do with the fact that we were craving wontons and sweet and sour chicken than the recipe not being good.
Happy Friday Everyone! What are you doing this weekend? Celebrating Father's Day?

Looks like a great dish! I love asparagus and beef so I'm sure it came out tasting wonderful.
ReplyDeleteI used to meal plan too and now I have a mental idea of what I'm making depending on what's on sale that week in the grocery store and what I have already.
Have a wonderful weekend!

ReplyDeleteThat looks yummy!!
ReplyDeleteHey - I'm your newest follower! That looks great.. totally making me hungry. If you're doing WW and you have the online tools they may have it there - or you could input it to see the number points it would be on Points Plus. I'm about to start back on WW after totally abandoning counting points for a few weeks. I need to get my butt on track!
ReplyDeleteThis does look really good! I have seen perused through a lot of WW cookbooks but have never seen this one. I think it's time to make a trip to the library and see if they have it. Thanks for the heads up, and I hope it satisfied your chinese craving!
